Prices are based on the type of notarial service needed. All rates are fair rates and based on this area in Texas. The bottom line is you need someone reliable, knowledgeable, available before, during or after hours and on short notice, and maybe bilingual, so all of the above is worth the price.

After making an appointment, you will receive a detailed invoice with a link for payment. The appointment will be confirmed once the payment has been received.
First things first,
A valid identification is required: a current, government-issued photo ID like a driver's license, state ID card, or passport is essential for the notary to verify the signer's identity.
If online, a computer or device with a webcam, microphone, and a strong internet connection is necessary for the online notarization session
If the signer is unknown to the notary, they may need to present a credible witness with a valid ID.
Appointments are not confirmed until a payment is received.
Please know that all sales are final.
-
Timelines depend on the type of Notarial/Non-Notarial service, but an appointment could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, again, depending on the complexity of the service requested.

Acceptable forms of identification:
U.S. State or Federal Government-Issued Photo ID: This includes driver's licenses, state-issued identification cards, and passports.
U.S. Military Identification: Valid identification issued by the U.S. Armed Forces.
Driver's License or ID Card Issued by Mexico or Canada: These are accepted as long as they are valid and contain a photograph and signature.
Valid Foreign Passport: Must be stamped by U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Inmate ID Issued by State or Federal Department of Corrections: For signers who are currently incarcerated.
Unacceptable forms of identification:
Social Security Cards
Work or School ID badges
Membership club cards
Medicare cards
Temporary or Expired Driver’s Licenses or ID cards
Credible Witnesses
In cases where the signer does not have an acceptable form of ID, Texas law allows the use of credible witnesses to vouch for the signer’s identity. The requirements for credible witnesses are as follows:
One Credible Witness: If the witness personally knows the notary and the signer.
Two Credible Witnesses: If the witness does not personally know the notary but knows the signer. These witnesses must present valid, unexpired government-issued IDs as described above.
Senior Citizens and Expired IDs
We understand that many senior citizens may have expired IDs due to no longer driving. In such cases, we require at least one credible, impartial witness who can vouch for the signer's identity. The witness must meet the identification requirements as stated above.
