Notary Signing Agent
As a Notary Signing Agent, I specialize in loan signing services, including mortgage signings, refinances, seller transactions, HELOCs, cash deals, reverse mortgages, and more. I serve as an independent contractor who facilitates the final step in the loan process—helping ensure everything is properly signed, notarized, and returned so the loan can be funded.
Typically, either the title company or a signing service contacts me for the loan signing appointment. By this point, they’ve already informed the signer(s) of the appointment details and the requirement to present valid identification.
I make sure the loan documents are printed and prepared, then I meet with the signer(s) to guide them through the signing and notarization process. Once completed, I promptly send the signed documents back for processing.
Please note: I am not a loan officer and cannot explain the terms of your loan or provide legal advice. However, if questions arise during the signing, I can pause the appointment and contact your lender or closing agent to ensure you get the answers you need before proceeding.
As an Apostille & Authentication Concierge and Courier, I assist individuals and businesses in obtaining apostilles or authentications for documents intended for international use.
Whether you're handling international business, travel, relocation, adoption, or even planning a wedding abroad, I help ensure your documents are properly prepared and submitted to the appropriate authorities.
The destination country determines whether your document requires an apostille or an authentication. If the country is a member of The Hague Convention, an apostille is issued. If not, an authentication is required.
Depending on the type of document, it may also need notarization and/or translation before it's ready to be submitted to the Texas Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State.
Please note: turnaround times vary depending on the issuing agency. The Texas Secretary of State typically processes requests faster than the U.S. Department of State, which may take several weeks.
My goal is to make the entire process—start to finish—as timely, accurate, and stress-free as possible.

Estate Planning Assistant
Planning ahead is important at any stage of life. Health and time are never guaranteed, and making your wishes known through advance directives ensures your preferences for medical care are honored. It also eases the emotional burden on your loved ones during difficult times. Taking this proactive step allows you to express your values and maintain control over your healthcare decisions—even if you're no longer able to speak for yourself.
As a Notary Public, I can assist with notarizing powers of attorney, health care directives, estate planning documents, and other legal paperwork. Notarization adds a layer of security by ensuring your documents are legally valid and recognized in a court of law. During the signing, I verify identities, witness signatures, and confirm that everyone involved is signing voluntarily and without coercion. This helps prevent fraud, ensures legal compliance, and provides proof of authenticity—all while making the process smoother.
While I cannot provide legal advice, if you click the button at the top right corner to book an appointment, I’ll be happy to meet you and your family—at your home, office, hospital room, or even online—and get your documents notarized in a jiffy.
