Terms of Service

1911 Notary Signing Solutions, LLC
Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Welcome to 1911 Notary Signing Solutions. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Fees & Payment

  • Notarial Fees are charged in accordance with Texas law ($10 per notarial act).

  • Travel, convenience, and bilingual service fees apply as disclosed in our published fee schedule.

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions require valid identification and reliable internet access.

  • Payment must be received in order for an appointment to be confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, appointments are not considered final until payment has been made in full.

2. Refund & Travel Fee Policy

  • Notarial Acts: Once a notarization is completed, notarial fees are non-refundable, as the service has been rendered in accordance with Texas law.

  • Mobile/Travel Fees: Mobile and travel fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover the notary’s time and travel.

  • Courtesy Refunds: At the sole discretion of 1911 Notary Signing Solutions, a courtesy refund of the statutory notarization fee ($10 per act) may be issued. Mobile/travel fees remain non-refundable.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are complete, accurate, and acceptable to the receiving agency prior to notarization. Notaries cannot provide legal advice or alter documents.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

  • Prepaid Appointments: If payment has already been received, mobile/travel fees and any applicable cancellation fees are non-refundable.

4. Privacy

All personal information is handled in compliance with applicable Texas laws and is never sold or shared without consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

1911 Notary Signing Solutions is not liable for legal outcomes related to documents we notarize. Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of their documents.
