1911 Notary Signing Solutions
Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Welcome to 1911 Notary Signing Solutions. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Notarial Fees are charged in accordance with Texas law. Travel, convenience, and bilingual service fees apply as disclosed in our published fee schedule.

• Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions require valid identification and reliable internet access.

• Payment is due either upon agreement with estimate when estimate is sent with payment link, or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds are not issued for completed notarial acts.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

• Privacy: All personal information is handled in compliance with applicable Texas laws and is never sold or shared without consent.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any legal outcomes related to documents we notarize. Clients are responsible for ensuring the legality and completeness of their documents.
